I have an obsession with food.

Sorry for no new post yesterday. I went to see Toy Story 3. It was awesome!!! My favorite part of the entire movie was Mr. Potato Head as a tortilla! Loved it! As we were leaving the movie theatre, we saw crazy people. And yes, when I say crazy people I AM referring to people waiting to see Twilight. There were people waiting in line at 7:45pm and they looked like they'd been sitting there awhile. Ridiculous. Absolutely Ridiculous! And I mean ridiculous over any movie! Do you really need to be there 5 hours before the movie starts? You will get a seat. Calm yourself!

So there are some simple things in life that I get great pleasure from...stuffed crust pizza. It is so delicious! You would think it would be just as good as cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks even, but no! It is so much better! If you've never had stuffed crust pizza, you've never lived. It is amazing!

I'm starting to notice a pattern. I have an obsession with food.

Speaking of that, I can't tell you the last time I ate a buffalo chicken sub from Subway. There are some weeks that I get them two days in a row. Yeah, I'm pathetic.

Another new thing I will be trying soon: pretzel waves. I know it may seem like I'm addicted to pretzels or something, but I'm not. It's just this lady in my office that is and I have little willpower against delicious food.

Peace & Love!

Sleep tight to all you night owls!

Monday is done and over with. Thank you lord. Today has been a pretty busy day. Ashlee and I painted the crest in front of the owl house. It looks so much better. Gina and I cleaned the basement that was pretty hilarious. Found some very crazy things!

Exciting news:: I just found out today that I will be going to Washington D.C. July 8-11! Yay!!! I'm so excited. I'll be going to the White House and CBS News and whatnot. I'm super pumped!

Well that really is all for tonight. I'm just too exhausted. Sleep tight to all you night owls.

Bring on the Monday!

I'm back!

Hello my loves. This past weekend seemed more like a week than weekend. I was at home running my high school's cheerleading camp. Whew, am I tired! I did get some cash money and got to spend some quality time with Zach and his family. I played into the redneck stereotype and went to the tractor pulls. It really is a great time, drinking beer and watching some tractors

Let's talk about how much I love reality TV! It is just amazing because there is so much craziness! The Real World starts this week : ) YAY!!! And Big Brother will be starting soon as well. It's just too bad I don't have Natalee to watch it with.

Since I'm back in Columbus, I must continue on my owl house projects. This house is in need of a major facelift.

So Sara and I will be going to Red, White, and Boom. Please let me know if you're going to be a baller and be there! : )

I'm really sick of hearing about the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or whatever it is called. I mean these commercials are really ridiculous...bleh. If I went to FL I would definitely be layinng out on the beach sipping a mimosa!  And I don't want to hear about Eclipse or Twilight Saga or whatevs. UGHH!

So about State Farm...I love love love it! It's such a great environment to work in. And I know I keep going on and on about it, but it's very uncommon for me to "LIKE" a job. And I don't "like" this job. I LOVE IT!

It is crazy storming here! So I probably should sign off before I get electracuted.

Bring on the Monday : )

Relax...

So I lied...One more post before the weekend! Just a thought to leave with you all...

"You have four years to be irresponsible here. Relax. Work is for people with jobs. You'll never remember class time, but you'll remember time you wasted hanging out with friends. So, stay out late. Go out on a Tuesday with your friends when you have a paper due Wednesday. Spend money you don't have. Drink 'til sunrise. The work never ends, but college does." --Tom Petty

Tom says relax, so I will. Something I will always live by. I tend to get tangled up in my job(s) and looking into the future, when really I just need to relax. Take a breath and enjoy the moment. I know college will be ending in a year, so I'm just going to sit back and make the most these last few months.

Making BANK this weekend!

So there's not much to write tonight becuase I am super tired and trying to get everything packed to go home this weekend. I am running my high school's cheer camp on Saturday and Sunday and making BANK! I mean I love doing it; the money is just a bonus!

Tomorrow is Fourth Friday Festival in Uptown Westerville. I'm working it for State Farm. Please stop by to see me and grab yourself some free water.

So You Think You Can Dance was on tonight--Amazing! My favorites are Lauren and Kent! Oh, and Billy Bell is amazing!

That's all for now...I'll be back on Sunday!

I love being treated like a real person.

I am very excited about the new movie, Easy A. I can't wait to see that! It just looks brilliant.

Today, I went to Crew Stadium. It was hot and no one was there, so it was kind of a complete waste of time.

Side note: There was a supposed earthquake in Columbus today. People were evacuated from their buildings and everything. Apparently there was one in Quebec that was a 5.5! Craziness!

I'm still working on projects in the owl house. There's so much to do before our 100th year Homecoming in October. I'm just trying to re-vamp the house, but not too much. We still want the alumni to give us money. : )

On an sentimental level, I just wanted to say I'm in love. Love. Love. Love. I'm sorry this is so sappy. I've just really been happy lately. My boyfriend, Zach, of 5 and a half years has just been so incredible. Sentimental and thoughtful. It's just crazy how long we've been together. Sometimes I wasn't sure it would work out, but we've made it and that makes me so happy. Okay, I'm done with all that. I hope not too many of you threw up over the lovey doveyness.

Currently at my internship, I'm working with Otterbein to distribute renter's insurance information to new and current students. I'm really excited about this because it was all my idea and we're really doing it. I guess I just can't believe how much they value my opinion and trust my decision-making. It really is so refreshing. I love being treated like a real person.

About my friend...

So I know I just posted, but this has been something on my mind and I keep forgetting to mention it.

I have this friend and she's really a great friend. Well, her and her boyfriend broke up awhile back, but they had been dating for like years. Now, my friend is pretty emotional so I was certain that she was going to be a wreck. Much to my suprise, she has been amazingly strong through this whole break-up business.

I guess I just wanted to take this time to applaud her for being so strong. I know I could not have done what she's done and be okay. She is independent and confident. I look up to her so much more since the ending of her relationship. She really took a step out of her life to better examine her life. She thought about her feelings and what she wanted.

She's done so many big things and I feel like she doesn't even know it. Kudos to her for being a strong, independent, ambitious, beautiful woman. I love you and hope to be half the girl you are.

Tuesday Night TV

I just finished watching my shows of Tuesday night.

Pretty Little Liars:
It's amazing. Why aren't you watching it?

The Hills:
I just discussed this with Caitlin. We believe they need to bring Heidi and Spencer back. As much as I hate the two of them, they do make the show. And I really want to see more of Spencer's crystals.

The City:
Roxy is turning into Kelly Cutrone. She's just not as much of a baller.

Downtown Girls:
Now this is a new show that I've only watched one other time. And I was like half watching it, so I guess it doesn't really count. Anyway, it's this show about these girls who live in downtown New York. Well, the one girl just found out she didn't pass her Bar Exam to be a lawyer. That is like major devastation. I couldn't even imagine putting in all that time and effort to law school and then being told hey FYI: You're not good enough so wait another 6 months. I really do feel for her though.

Onto more important things...HUGE accident on 71 today! It literally took me 1.5 hours to get from Otterbein to Polaris and back. Absolutely insane.

Well tomorrow should be an exciting day...still trying to answer some major life questions and figure out what I'm doing...bleh.

Good night loveys...sweet dreams

They just remind me of so many nights I tried to forget.

Hello! Hello!

I am absolutely exhausted. I didn't work much today, so I guess that's why I'm so tired.

Since I'm finished with my competition routine, I've decided I need a new project. I am making letters for each of the girls in the owl house. I was almost finished with all of them and I decided I hated the way they looked. So I painted them all.

The owl house crest and name needs to be painted, so I'm assuming Saxman and I will be working on that next.

So let's discuss Secret Life tonight...umm...major let down. I was really hoping more would be happening than that. I won't say anymore to avoid spoilers for those of you who are behind. But I am hoping that next week better.

I thought I was going to be flying home with Zach this weekend. Yes, I said FLYING home. But we can't because someon is using the plane...lame. But I CANNOT wait to fly with him!!

Have you gotten your fix of pretzel M&M's? If you haven't, it's probably because you haven't tried them yet! I'm telling you these things are amazing. I bought a giant bag on Friday night and they were gone by Sunday night.

And another great site you should really check out is Textfromlastnight.com. Hilarious! They just remind me of so many nights I tried to forget.

Rah rab oo la la

Hello my prettys!

Sorry it has taken me so long to post again. It's been a short weekend but a fun one at least.

So friday night I went out to el vaquero with Claire--delicious! Then we painted her room but Buster, her cat, attacked me--twice! I hate cats.

After that I popped on over to Sara's house for some beverages. She was a hot mess, as usual. I mean but it always makes me proud. I got some great not-appropriate-for-facebook pictures. Gotta love Ms McGaughey.

Then on Saturday I decided to decorate my room at the owl house with pictures galore. Stop on over and find yourself on my wall o pictures : )

I went back over to Sara's for some more beverages with Ambie.

Also let me just say Shay, Ashlee, Jenny, and Kelly moved into this amazing house! It is adorable and cheap and I'm very jealous!

So I gave in and bought a giant bag of pretzel M&M's and they're gone. Ugh best and worse invention ever! You just cannot resist them!!!

I finished my cheer routine finally. I'm teaching them this weekend! So cash money is coming my way--thank you!

I'm so ready for football season. Gamedays are my absolute favorite! There's nothing like opening your first beer at 9am and cheering on the buckeyes! The fall is the best time of year and it is never long enough.

Which brings me to the weekend... It's never long enough. I'm too exhausted to work tomorrow blah!

Well nothing too exciting today; more tomorrow.

Pretzel M&M's--Get yourself some!

Alrighty roo. So today has been a very long day. I've been working in the Admission office and State Farm, so I'm pretty tired.

Let's talk about my new obsession...Pretzel M&M's! They are fabulous! http://www.mms.com/us/about/products/pretzel/ Please check these bad boys out! Warning: You will become addicted so be ready to buy more than one bag!

As you all know, I'm living in the owl house this year and I am really enjoying it. It is nice to come home and have lots of people to talk to. I'm really getting to know a lot of girls that I didn't normally hang out with. I think I'm really going to love it here. I'm just dreading thinking about graduation. I know it's one year away, but that's what scares me. It's only ONE year away. AHH!! I don't want to graduate because I honestly just love college so much. I mean I could do without paying the bills. I really just want to go back to freshman orientation. There were just so many exciting things happening. And I just want to go back to being a freshman with no care in the world.

So an exciting thing I heard about today...one of the admission counselors is leaving so there will be a vacancy come July 1. If only I were graduating right now! I'm just hoping there will possibly be an opening for me come next June : )

And let's talk about the release of Toy Story 3!!!! I'm so pumped. Buzz and Woody are back--WOO!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_FfHA5whXc&feature=channel Andy is going off to college : ( I mean I think it's acceptable for him to bring cool toys to college. Okay, maybe not in real life. Yeah, if this were real life and I busted in to some guy's dorm room and he had a cowboy and a dinosaur just chilling on his nightstand...there's reason to worry.

Today at work I was on Twitter, Youtube and Facebook for 5 hours! Yes, and that's what I was supposed to be doing! I love being a communication major!

Tomorrow I will be on Sancus Blvd. getting me some El Vaquero. I should be getting a discount or something! And then I will be painting Claire Tinkler's room : ) Yay for painting. Nothing better than Margaritas, Painting, and Claire Tinkler. Perfect Trio!

Buenos Noches!

Cinderella?!?

So I decided to dye my hair again. It's just dark brown, but it's different none the same. G-eye-na did it for me, but now I have a brown streak down my leg. Very classy.

I'm working on my high school's cheerleading competition routine. I've finished the cheer and just finished the dance. Those are usually the two hardest so all I have left is the chant. Whew.

My internship at State Farm is going well. Today was day 2. Tomorrow I get to spend most of the day on Twitter and Facebook AND I'm getting paid. What. A. Life. The weird thing about it is the radio station they listen to. It's Otterbein's Wild Card, which is really the most jacked up station. Today, it played Mr. Roboto and Jump On It. Random! And another thing...I was looking through some cards people filled out who were interested in learning more about State Farm. There was a girl named Cinderella. Like really? Cinderella?!?

Okay I'm exhausted. Night Night time for me. I'll chit chat with you all tomorrow.

Peace, Love, and Hoots!

Pretty little liars!!!

Hello world!

Okay so if you're not watching pretty little liars you definitely should be. I'm officially obsessed. Murder. Lesbians. Affairs. Great television.

Okay another thing...this whole twilight thing. I'm definitely opposed to all things relating to it. Before you start bashing me for my hatred...I hate fantasy and mushy lovey dovey crap. No thank you. Give me real raw passion anyday (aka gossip girl). Okay so about all this hoopla...I've read 3/4 of Twilight but I had to put it down because I was in pain. Bella's comments literally were too imaginative and naive to subject my brain cells. If that wasn't bad enough, I watched part of the movie. Kristen Stewart is unbearable! Her acting is almost as awkward as her personality. Bleh. So I guess she's the only normal thing

Okay enough of that.

So today I started my new internship at State Farm. I absolutely love it so far. I feel like I'm actually contributing something to the work environment. My ideas are being heard and used. I can't wait to keep you all up to date!

More tomorrow

--goodnight world

Now that's what I call music 32?!?

Okay so let's talk about this...now that's what I call music has 32 CDs now??? Like really calm yourself friend.

So I'm completely moved out of seafoam-thank the lord!!! Thank the freaking lord! Caitlin and I cleaned and wow was it disgusting! Everything is in the owl house and I'm trying to organize it all!

Ashlee and I are sitting here watching SYTYCD and pigging out. I love Lauren! She better make it! And the boy from wapakoneta. This is so nerveracking. They're finding out who is in the top 10 and I hate it!

Owl House!

Well I am finally all moved into the owl house. It has been a very long and hot day...blah. Did I mention I have the most amazing boyfriend? He helped me move all day and didn't complain once : ) Such a sweetheart. Okay, enough of that mushy stuff.

On to some randoms...

Okay so what's with the phrase "Thirteen going on fourteen" or any age for that matter? Like if you're thirteen, we know you're going to be fourteen within the next 12 months. Do you think we're dumb enough to believe you're going to skip three decades or something?

So I'm currently watching The Tonys and I have to say that I'm sick of Green Day. Like you're so 2003. Get out of here!

Also, I pulled a Dora and went exploring today. Just rummages through the owl house..

THIS IS CAITLIN AND LEAH IS COOL. (Also, I fixed Leah's word "Dore" to "Dora" since I knew that's what she meant)

Okay, anyway back to me and my life...I was rummaging through the owl house and I found some crazy stuff. We found an owl composite with 107 actives...HOLY CRAP! Also some inappropriate things that I just won't go into detail about. And a ton of stuff that Caitlin and my's little will be sporting during pledging. So sorry in advance baby.

Okay back to watching The Tonys and decorating : )

Love and Hoots!

And a drink.

Just got back from Put-In-Bay. It was a pretty good time. I'm starting to plan a trip with some of my lovely ladies to go back. Yeah it's fun during the day, but I gotta see what this night life is all about.

Tomorrow we are leaving Lakeside. Needless to say, I am happy. It's been a great week, but I'm ready to go home and be away from the family. So tomorrow it is cleaning time at the house before we turn in our key and I drive 2.5 hours all by myself back to Westerville...blah.

I hate driving alone. Like really, could anything be more boring? Oh, and the best part is GoogleMaps takes me on all these backroads. The biggest town I go through is Bucyrus. It's smaller than Westerville....like way smaller. So it's pretty much pee there or hold it to Seafoam.

So when I do get to Seafoam, do I get to relax? Oh no. I get to pack and pack and pack and pack. Ugh. I hate moving. So tomorrow is packing. Sunday will be more packing and moving. Monday will be cleaning. Not a fun weekend. But I'm thinking tomorrow night I will need a break. And a drink.

So here's to Seafoam...to the hell hole that it is and will continue to be....

PIB Tomorrow

Hello World!

I'm currently sitting in Lakeside stealing Internet from some dude named Bundy. Kudos to him for not having a network key. I've been on vacay with my family for four days. Now I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but I normally don't live with any of them. I have pretty much zero privacy, except for at 12:30 am when everyone is in bed. Thank. You. Lord.

So tomorrow we're off to Put-In-Bay. A magical place, full of wonderment and enchantment. Okay, maybe just booze and booze-broasted chicken. I'm cool with that. Oh, and most important...SHOPPING!

Leah's three staples of life:
1. Booze
2. Food
3. Shopping

And a look into the future...
I'm definitely not looking forward to Sat/Sun/Mon...moving day blah.

That's all. Sweet dreams...

My First Entry : )

I've decided it is about time I start a blog. So when's a better time than the beginning of summer?
I guess you're probably asking yourself, why would this blog be important to my life?
Well, it really isn't.

It's just a blog.

A blog about the shambled-mess I call my life.

A little bit about me:
I'm right at the beginning of the summer before my senior year of college. I'm excited, scared, nervous, hesitant, anxious, etc. Next Monday I start my internship with State Farm. I'm super pumped about that. I will still be working for Jack Hanna until the end of summer. I move into my sorority house on Sunday. It will be nice to live with a great group of girls. This summer will not leave too much room for horsing around because I'm almost a real world adult, so I guess that makes it about time to get down to business.

So about the predicaments in my life...
I'm finishing up two majors, but I wanted to fit a third in before I graduate. Stupid me thought I would do some overtime hours my senior year. Needless to say, that's not happening. I've decided that seniors want to be lazy, not work harder. So I am going to do something I love...WRITE : ). English minor: here I come. I will be taking some very interesting classes. I'll make sure to keep you posted on that.

Alright, this first entry is extremely boring. Don't worry...there will be more exciting things to come!
